ElsewhereVPN is not yet available. When it launches it will come with its own terms of service, published on this page, covering acceptable use of the VPN service, subscriptions and refunds.

Updates

We may update this website to add features, fix problems or keep it secure. Software updates may install automatically. We may also change or discontinue features; where a change significantly reduces what you can do, we will try to give notice.

This website may link to or work with websites and services run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for this website in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending these terms

You can stop using this website at any time, for example by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and disputes go to the competent courts of Chișinău. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live and can bring claims in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use this website after a change takes effect means you accept it.
